When do you pick me up in Ljubljana City?
We pick you up in front of your door approximately 2,5 hours before your flight departures. About the exact pick-up time you'll be informed in an text message (sms). Please be on time and wait outside for the minibus. We have to keep our schedule and can wait for you not more than 10 minutes.
When do you leave the airport?
The minibus leaves the airport not later than 30 minutes after the flight arrived. If the flight has a delay or you miss the transfer for whatever reason, you will be automatically booked for the next available transfer on condition that there is free place available. Please note that flight delays are out of our control and therefore we cannot take the responsibility for extraordinary delays.
Should I contact you to find out if you are available?
No, it is unnecessary. We are always available thanks to our huge fleet of more than 25 minibuses, minivans and coaches.
When should I book?
Please book your transfer at least 36 hours before the departure/arrival time of your flight.
Do I get a voucher or ticket?
Yes, your booking is automatically confirmed. Right after you paid, you can print your ticket. However we also send your ticket via e-mail, it is preferred to print it immediately. If you couldn't print the ticket and you haven't received it via e-mail within 24 hours after the payment, please write us a message.
Where is the meeting point at the airport?
Our drivers wait inside the airport with your name or company name.
Do you offer discounted rates for babies and children?
ljubljanatransfer.net charges the same rate for all occupied seats. However ljubljanatransfer.net vehicles are not equipped with child seats or child restraints, our driver will be glad to help you to fasten your baby or child seat that you bring.
How long does the journey take between the airport and Ljubljana City and other destinations?
The trip to and from Ljubljana takes 20-40 minutes depending where your accomodation or office is located in Ljubljana. To all other destinations the trip takes 1-2 hours, except for the coast line, 2,5-3 hours.
Delay of flight
If your flight is delayed you are automatically booked for the next available transfer (on the same day). In the same time we cannot guarantee the availability of a next transfer late in the night. In this case please contact your airline for a refund, as delayed flights are out of our control.
